The package includes a $2.15 billion facility secured against its Dublin and Amsterdam campuses, along with an increase in its corporate-level financing to $550 million. Pure DC said the larger asset-backed facility will support delivery of its developments in Dublin and Amsterdam, while the expanded corporate facility is intended to accelerate investment in FLAP-D infill sites and AI-scale campuses across the region.
The company said the funding will also help support continued expansion of its Dublin campus, secure new sites and advance its broader development pipeline. Institutions named in the expanded corporate facility include SMBC, ABN AMRO and Allianz Global Investors.
The financing comes as demand for data centre capacity and AI infrastructure continues to rise across Europe and the Middle East, with operators seeking larger capital pools to expand in key markets.
