Danish security technology startup P-Secure has extended its seed round with an additional DKK 13.5 million, bringing the total raise to DKK 35.5 million, or about €4.5 million.
The extension includes new investor Michael Holm through Systematic Holding ApS, alongside existing backers EIFO, Final Frontier, and Ugly Duckling Ventures. Systematic Holding ApS has also acquired a share in the company.
Founded in 2022, P-Secure develops an automated background check and security clearance platform for critical sectors. The company says its European-first platform is designed to comply with European legislation and helps organizations manage large-scale security checks without outsourcing critical processes.
P-Secure plans to use the new funding to expand beyond Denmark and scale across European markets, with a particular focus on German- and English-speaking countries, while continuing to build out its platform.
