The financing package also includes a further $790 million uncommitted accordion feature that could fund an additional 115MW expansion at the Narvik site, underscoring the scale of the project and growing lender support for AI infrastructure in the region.
The latest financing adds to a series of large capital raises by the company this year, following Nscale’s $1.4 billion delayed draw term loan in February 2026 and its $2 billion Series C round in March 2026. Together, the deals position the Narvik campus as one of the biggest AI infrastructure buildouts in Norway.
Founded by Josh Payne, Sheryl Sandberg and Nick Clegg, Nscale is building AI infrastructure spanning energy, data centers, GPU compute and software.
