Nanoflex Robotics AG, a Zurich-based developer of magnetically controlled telerobotic systems for endovascular intervention, has been selected for funding under the European Innovation Council Accelerator.

The company said the award totals €12.5 million in blended financing, consisting of a €2.5 million grant and a €10 million equity investment from the EIC Fund.

Nanoflex Robotics is developing a next-generation telerobotics platform that uses magnetic navigation, steerable guidewires, and catheters to support time-critical endovascular procedures. The funding will be used to complete clinical validation toward CE marking in Europe and to bring the first commercial version of its platform to market.

The award places Nanoflex among a small group of companies selected in the latest EIC Accelerator round, underscoring continued investor and public sector interest in robotics platforms aimed at expanding access to complex vascular care.
