Dublin-based MySafeDrive Limited, which operates as CameraMatics, has raised up to €49 million in new funding from a consortium led by Blume Equity, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and Goodbody Capital Partners.

CameraMatics develops an AI-powered connected fleet intelligence platform designed to help commercial transport operators improve driver safety, reduce operational risk, meet compliance requirements and lower carbon emissions. Its technology combines video intelligence, advanced driver assistance systems and real-time operational analytics.

The new funding will be used to accelerate go-to-market expansion, strengthen enterprise sales and customer success, and support further product development focused on AI and sustainability. The company also plans to use the capital to deepen its presence across North America and mainland Europe.

The deal was disclosed by Mindflair plc, which has indirect exposure to CameraMatics through Sure Valley Ventures' first fund. CameraMatics has recently expanded its enterprise customer base in the UK and US, reflecting continued demand for AI tools in fleet safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
