AI-powered fleet safety and performance company Netradyne has acquired Moove Connected Mobility, a German-founded fleet intelligence and connected mobility company based in Utrecht, Netherlands. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives Netradyne a deeper operational foothold in Europe as fleet operators face growing pressure to manage fragmented data, cross-border regulations, and increasingly complex mobility systems.
Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe and serve as a central hub for regional sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development. The deal combines Netradyne’s AI-driven edge intelligence platform with Moove’s local market presence, customer relationships, and operational experience.
Netradyne said the transaction is intended to strengthen its ability to serve enterprise fleet customers across Europe with a more localized approach, while extending its broader global expansion strategy.
