Microamp, a wireless infrastructure startup based in Warsaw, has secured €6.5 million in funding and strategic support from the European Innovation Council Accelerator under the EU’s Horizon Europe programme.
The package includes a €2.5 million grant and €4 million in equity from the EIC Fund. The company said the funding will be used to advance development of its Any-G mmWave AI-RAN Wireless Platform.
Microamp is building a fully reconfigurable, software-defined wireless system designed to adapt to evolving 3GPP standards, frequency bands, network modes, and future 6G features such as integrated sensing and communication and non-terrestrial networks.
The award highlights continued European support for deep-tech telecom infrastructure, particularly platforms aimed at future 5G and 6G network flexibility.
