Finnish deeptech company Kelluu has raised €15 million in a Series A round led by the NATO Innovation Fund, with participation from Firstminute Capital, Keen Venture Partners, Gungnir Capital, and Tesi. The funding follows Kelluu’s completion of two phases of NATO’s DIANA programme, underscoring its growing alignment with defence-focused innovation initiatives.

Kelluu develops autonomous hydrogen-powered airships designed for persistent aerial intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance across both defence and civilian use cases. The company operates across the full stack, including design, manufacturing, and deployment of its fleet.

The new capital will be used to optimise its core technology, scale operations, and expand deployment of its airship systems. Kelluu also plans to advance its geospatial foundation models through its AI Labs, positioning data and analytics as a central component of its platform.
