Angelini Ventures announced its participation in Hypervision Surgical’s 17 million GBP Series A round. The round was led by Heal Capital and included Angelini Ventures, IP Group, Daycrest, existing investors Heran Partners, Redalpine, LifeX Ventures and Zeiss Ventures, plus strategic investors Sinc fund and Macmillan Cancer Support. The funding is intended to support commercial roll-out, broader clinical adoption and development of a scalable cloud-enabled AI-assisted surgery platform. Tanja Dowe and Rick Mangat will join the board of directors as part of the deal.
