HIVE, a London-based physical AI startup focused on industrial machines, has raised $15 million in seed funding in a round led by SuperSeed, with participation from Veriten, Skyfall, and Nysnø. Angel investors in the round include Medallia founder Børge Hald and Meltwater founder Jørn Lyseggen.

The company is developing what it describes as an intelligence layer for industrial machines, designed to help equipment perceive, decide, and act autonomously across warehouses, production lines, construction sites, and other environments. HIVE says its platform is already deployed across several sites in Scandinavia.

According to the company, the new funding will be used to accelerate platform development, expand its team with AI and robotics talent, and scale commercial deployments with new and existing industrial partners. HIVE is headquartered in London and also has operations in Norway.
