The round was led by Brighteye Ventures, with participation from Zanichelli Venture, Vento Ventures, Antler and āltitude. Zanichelli Venture said its investment forms part of the company’s broader backing of technologies aimed at addressing structural gaps in education and work.
Founded to tackle the mismatch between supply and demand for qualified technical workers, Gyver is building digital infrastructure for skilled roles through conversational access on WhatsApp, social-first distribution and a vertical community model. The company plans to use the funding to accelerate product development, grow its user community, strengthen matching and automation capabilities, and support expansion across Italy and, later, Europe.
The raise comes as employers across Europe face rising demand for technical talent tied to electrification, energy transition and industrial modernisation.
