Eye Security, a cybersecurity startup based in The Hague, has raised €60 million in a new funding round that the company describes as the largest investment ever made in a Dutch cybersecurity startup.

The round was led by Sofina, which is taking a minority stake. Existing investors TIN Capital, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Bessemer Venture Partners also participated.

Founded in 2020, Eye Security provides cybersecurity services to mid-sized organisations, combining software with support from cybersecurity specialists. The company says the new capital will be used to expand further across Europe.

The investment comes as European businesses face rising cyber threats and growing regulatory pressure, putting more attention on regional cybersecurity providers with ambitions to scale.
