Madrid-based Embat has raised a €30 million Series B round led by Cathay Innovation, with participation from existing investors Creandum, Samaipata, 4Founders, and Venture Friends.

Founded in 2021, Embat develops AI-powered treasury management software for mid-sized and large companies, helping finance teams centralize cash management, reconciliation, and liquidity operations in real time. The company says its platform connects with more than 15,000 banks and major ERP systems, and includes an agent-based AI treasury analyst called TellMe.

The new funding will support further expansion in the DACH region and other international markets, while also backing product development in agent-based AI and corporate treasury technology. Embat says it has now raised more than €50 million in total, employs 150 people, serves more than 400 corporate customers, and operates from offices in Munich, Berlin, London, and Madrid.
