London-based Dwelly has raised $170 million in a Series B round led by EQT Group and co-led by General Catalyst and Trinity Capital, with participation from s16vc - Founders for Founders Fund, Begin Capital, DVC, and a group of individual investors including Max Junestrand, Victor Riparbelli, Mati Staniszewski, and Philipp Freise.

The company said it has now raised $260 million in total. Dwelly is building an AI-enabled residential lettings platform by acquiring and integrating independent U.K. real estate agencies, using software to modernize operations and improve efficiency across the network.

Founded in 2024, the company says it has completed 16 acquisitions, manages 15,000 properties, and oversees $466 million in rent roll, placing it among the UK’s top ten agencies by scale. Dwelly said the new funding will be used to continue building an AI-native services company for residential lettings.
