London-based Capsa AI has raised $18 million in a Series A round co-led by TX Ventures and Pivot Investment Partners, with participation from Bek Ventures and follow-on backing from Outward VC, Antler, Cornerstone VC, and angel investors including Indeed co-founder Paul Forster.

Capsa AI builds an AI operating system for private capital firms, designed to capture and index institutional knowledge across memos, conversations, decisions, and outcomes, then make that information accessible on future deals.

The company said the new funding will be used to scale its platform across major private capital firms globally, expand its team in London and New York, and further develop the product’s agentic capabilities.

The round reflects continued investor interest in AI tools tailored to specialist financial workflows, particularly in sectors where institutional knowledge and historical decision-making remain difficult to systematize.
