Seville based pension technology startup Arca Digital has secured 1 million EUR in a seed funding round to advance its infrastructure for retirement savings. The round was co-led by DraperB1 and Robin Capital. This investment marks the first entry of Robin Capital into the Spanish market. Additional participation came from an unnamed Belgian fund and a group of fintech angels including Fernando Cabello-Astolfi, Iván Peña, and Juan Montero.
Arca Digital provides an API first platform designed to connect pension fund managers with small and medium enterprises. The technology automates core processes such as employee enrollment, contributions, and fund transfers to increase the accessibility of corporate pension plans. The company intends to use the new capital to consolidate its operations in Spain and support expansion into other Southern European markets while continuing to build its infrastructure layer.
