A-Cube, an Italian regtech company developing automated digital tax compliance technology, has raised €4 million in new funding led by P101 SGR, with participation from Sella DirectVentures.

The company said it will use the capital to strengthen its presence in key European markets, accelerate development of its API-first platform, add artificial intelligence capabilities, and expand into adjacent areas of digital tax reporting for multinational companies.

Founded in 2018, A-Cube builds software for the end-to-end management of tax and document flows, linking business systems, financial institutions, and public administrations through a single interoperable architecture. Its platform supports real-time electronic invoicing, e-reporting, and compliance across multiple regulatory environments.

The funding comes as demand grows for infrastructure that can help companies manage increasingly complex cross-border tax and reporting requirements.
