The company said it will use the capital to strengthen its presence in key European markets, accelerate development of its API-first platform, add artificial intelligence capabilities, and expand into adjacent areas of digital tax reporting for multinational companies.
Founded in 2018, A-Cube builds software for the end-to-end management of tax and document flows, linking business systems, financial institutions, and public administrations through a single interoperable architecture. Its platform supports real-time electronic invoicing, e-reporting, and compliance across multiple regulatory environments.
The funding comes as demand grows for infrastructure that can help companies manage increasingly complex cross-border tax and reporting requirements.
